Divyakant Lahoti is a third-generation lawyer, an Advocate-on-Record, with an LL.M. qualification in International Commercial Law earned at King’s College London. Divyakant has earned the Specialization in Intellectual Property Laws by World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and the University of South Africa (UNISA) with a 100% Scholarship. With exposure to a wide range of legal disputes, Divyakant is one of the leading Advocates-on-Record in the Supreme Court especially in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution with a special focus on Arbitration. He enjoys a distinctive professional repute with a winning record in all arbitration matters which he has handled and argued.
In the early professional life, Divyakant was trained and fine-tuned under the able guidance of Justice R.C. Lahoti, Former Chief Justice of India. Luthra and Luthra Law Offices had provided him with action-packed litigation experience, including 2G and Defence Scam, from heavy stake commercial arbitrations to high profile telecom litigation. Divyakant is also an activist lawyer and has consecutive convened National Experts’ Workshop on Criminal Prosecution with the assistance of Haryana Police in the year 2016 and 2017 for the training and development of Police and other law enforcement agencies. He is also on Board of Advisors in India’s renowned Philanthropic Organisation in NIIT Foundation, amongst others.
Divyakant is regularly invited to speak and moderate in Seminars and Webinars on the complex issues of “Arbitration and Alternate Dispute Resolution”. Divyakant is also a Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and other reputed Arbitration Centres globally.

Recently, at the ICCA Residential Conclave 2019, the Indian Corporate Counsel Association has recognized the efforts of Divyakant towards the law and his commitment to the role he plays in both business and society. Divyakant has authored several articles and chapters that have been published in recognized legal journals and celebrated commentaries. Recently, he has contributed an exhaustive chapter on “Impartiality and Independence of Arbitral Tribunal” in a widely acclaimed book on ADR-Indian Perspective, published by Oxford University Press.

Parikshit Ahuja, a first-generation lawyer, is an alumnus of Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Mumbai and has been associated with the firm since 2016. During his graduation in Management Studies at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, he majored in Finance. While in practice, he has worked on a variety of civil, commercial as well as criminal matters, both at the original as well the appellate level across various fora in Delhi. His stint with one of the Big Four Audit firms proves valuable especially while advising corporate clients. He has a keen interest in Arbitration and has represented clients in several construction arbitrations before Tribunals. He is also a member of various professional bodies such as Young International Arbitrators Group-London Court of International Arbitration and Singapore International Arbitration Centre. He is also professionally affiliated to the Bar Council of Delhi as well as the Supreme Court Bar Association.
Parikshit has always been involved in extra as well as co-curricular activities such as theatre activities, playing an active role in organising inter as well as intra-college fests, etc. During his days at Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, he was an avid mooter, having participated in several moots across the country. He was also the Convenor of the Moot Court Society of Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, in the year 2015-16. Even after passing out of law school, he has continued to be associated with the Moot Court Society by mentoring as well as judging several moots. He has organised as well as been on the panel of several webinars on a wide range of topics.

Vindhya is a law graduate from Amity Law School. During her studies at Law School, she specialised in Private International Law. She actively participated in the Legal Aid activities organised by the Legal Aid Committee to assist the unprivileged and deprived. She has helped in organising legal awareness camps to provide legal assistance to all strata of the Society.
She has a keen interest in the field of arbitration, matrimonial and commercial law. To date, she has an experience of over two year at bar and has worked on matters pertaining to suit for recovery, executions, consumer complaints and dishonour of cheques under Negotiable Instruments Act,1881 before courts and tribunals across Delhi.

Praveena Bisht holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Law from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. She has rigorously worked on a host of matters relating to Civil, Commercial, Intellectual Property Rights, Taxation and Criminal Laws including an array of high stake Electricity Law matters. Her practice spans across various Courts and Tribunals of Delhi including the High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court of India.
At Law School, she has been trained as a Para Legal Volunteer (PLV) by Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA) and has extensively worked towards the aim of “Access to justice for all”. She was also appointed as the Co-Convener of the Legal Aid Society of Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in the year 2017-18. She has devoutly worked with the people at grass-root level of Society and organised numerous Legal Awareness Drives conducted in several lesser privileged areas in Delhi. She has also worked closely with litigants at the weekly Legal Aid Clinic at Campus Law Centre and has advised them on various legal matters relating to Domestic Violence, Family Laws, Property Disputes.
Praveena was a semi-finalist at the 7th P.N. Bhagwati International Moot Court Competition on Human Rights, 2017. Her current research interests are focused on analysing the Rights of Third Gender in the current legal fabric of the country. She also keenly follows the latest development in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws of India.

Kartik Lahoti is a fourth-generation lawyer, primarily practicing in Delhi. He has graduated from Campus Law Centre. He has been associated with Lahoti Advocates for Past 4 years and during this period he has handled and assisted in a fora of Civil, Corporate as well as Criminal matters.
He is a fervid Mooter and has participated in many national moot court competitions. He was also appointed as the President of the Moot Court Society of Campus Law Centre for the academic year 2018-19.
